Tristan Van Iersel is the Chief Investment Officer of Cap Alpha. Strong of his expertise in developing valuation models and strategic plans, he works closely with the CEO to shape our investment strategy and represents Cap Alpha at our investee companies’ board meetings.
Tristan started his career as Business Analyst. He then moved to the United Arab Emirates where he was in charge of the strategy development for acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Tristan holds a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique de Bruxelles. Later, he got his MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School with a major in Finance and Strategy.
